Psychology in selling – accelerator 1 Program details

  1.   We will start with one of the most overlooked opportunities for agents, which is, structuring trust carefully. This usually takes your conversion rate to 70-80%.

You will be able to build trust and rapport quickly by following a specific questioning process, but most importantly, you will know what to listen for and utilise it to move the deal forward.   3.   The Brain Science of Appointment Setting – how NOT to make it a ‘numbers’ game’! Everyone knows the value of cold calling and setting appointments. This is one of my favourite topics, having made over 220,000 cold calls, I have discovered some unique secrets way beyond just making call after call. Redefine the rules of setting appointments.
  4.   You will learn how to move the needle immediately to get more appraisals. Develop your particular pitch, step by step, that suits YOUR style and psychology, to get the most out of your calling sessions.
  5.   Make getting appointments easy because ALL templates are supplied which you will be able to adapt to your style immediately.
  6.   You will learn how changing minds and reframing arguments is one of the most important skill sets in sales. You will learn the fine art of negotiating and opening a closed mind to your viewpoint. You will understand the psychological power of tag questions.
  7.   Once you have started on this journey, we will go through multiple roleplays during our coaching sessions to make you a master of your delivery to get to your objectives faster. You will ingrain these skills in your everyday sales process – not just learn and forget!
